Highly Customizable
The standard WashNow! Online Store will be based on one of the three demo templates, but we can build the online store of your dreams. If you want to match your existing website’s style or have a very particular way you want the online store to flow, we can make it happen.
Automated Emails
The ‘order confirmation’ email that follows each transaction has an updated, modern design that’s branded to your car wash.
Individual Product Instructions
A completely new feature that allows dedicated directions within the post-purchase email based on the product(s) purchased. This is especially useful for products that may require additional setup, such as enabling RFID for wash club memberships.
Account Portal
Customers can create an online account to manage their WashConnect profile with the ability to update the credit card on file, view purchase history, edit vehicle information, and cancel their wash club membership.

A completely new eCommerce solution for ICS customers. The storefront was rebuilt from the ground up to allow our full-service marketing agency, The Agency at ICS, to have complete control over the design.
The user-experience was at the forefront of our team’s mind as this was developed. Because the user-experience led the charge this had us create a solution that not only allows for design flexibility, but it enables future feature enhancements to be structurally implemented easier -meaning, not always hearing the word “hardcoded” for certain requests.
The new WashNow! Online Store is a completely new eCommerce storefront, which requires more ICS resources than simply pushing out an update. However, we do offer an upgrade path for existing ePOS users.

We understand another cost is not ideal, so the former ePOS product will continue to be supported so no one is obligated to purchase the new online store.
